To ensure you get the most value out of shipzero, we provide a tailored onboarding process where we connect your systems, harmonize your data, and set up your individual environment. This requires significant time and expertise from our team and it’s a key reason why customers achieve precise, reliable results with us.
Yes, we can set up a pilot project for you to benchmark the results with your internal calculation efforts and get a clear understanding of the results provided by shipzero. Please understand that the number of transports we can calculate for you as part of a pilot is limited. Furthermore, we need input data to perform a test calculation for you. We charge a one-time setup fee to get you up and running. This covers the initial system integration, data enrichment, and quality assurance needed to configure your environment. The setup fee depends on your company size and the complexity of your existing data landscape — but once completed, there are no additional costs beyond your annual subscription.
