The journey of shipzero began long before its official launch in 2021. It started with a friendship between our founders, Mirko Schedlbauer and Tobias Bohnhoff, who have known each other since they were twelve years old. Over the years, they discovered a shared passion for data, technology, and sustainability. Both were driven by a common question: Why doesn’t the logistics industry use its huge amount of data to reduce its growing emissions? With their combined expertise in data engineering and strategy, they founded shipzero to provide the answer. Today, we are a team of experts dedicated to making sustainable logistics a reality by transforming complex data into actionable insights for a greener and long-term liveable future.
